Makeup/Details
Makeup is needed for both photos and the stage so your dancer’s features are not washed out by the lights.
Dancers should use neutral eyeshadows, blush, red or pink lipstick, and mascara.
Undergarments should NOT be seen onstage. Just like a bathing suit, girls should not wear underwear under the tights included with their costume. We highly recommend purchasing a back-up pair of tights from the office. Bras should have clear or skin-tone straps only.
Colored nail polish or toe nail polish is not permitted onstage.
Hair should be neat and slick. Please refer to the hair document below to make sure your dancers has what they need.
Photo/Video, Dismissal, Recital Day Policies

All Families will receive a digital download of the Recital to your email within the summer.

No flash photography as it is distracting for the dancers and other audience members.

​Ticket pricing is the same for children, adults, and seniors. Infants who can sit on an adult’s lap do not require a ticket.

​For safety reasons, dancers must remain in the Dressing Room and backstage for the entire show. Dancers should arrive 45 minutes early before their show. No children will be released from the show early as it is a security issue. Shows start on time. Shows last approximately an hour and 45 minutes to two hours.

No food is allowed backstage due to children with allergies. Please be mindful when sending young dancers back with phones or any personal items. We are not responsible for any lost items.

Dancers will be dismissed off of the stage by class after the Finale.

Audience members must remain seated while a dance is onstage. Please do not stand up and block the view of other audience members and our videographer. ​​

Picture Day Schedule
Below is the Recreational Picture Day Schedule. As a reminder, Picture Day will take place on Sunday, April 19th at Gallery. Each group has been assigned a designated time slot. Please wear your costume, hair, shoes, and makeup.

Please note Recreational Classes are on April 19th. If you can not attend April 19th, you can attend the company picture day for individual picture makeup on April 25th. You must let us know through email if you need to attend for individual photos on April 25th.

Dress Rehearsal
Hello! Below is information regarding Dress Rehearsal that is taking place on Tuesday, May 12th.
​
Dress rehearsal will take place at Jackson Memorial High School. Dancers should arrive wearing their costume and will perform their dance on stage to prepare for the big show!
​
Please arrive 20 minutes early, as we may run ahead of schedule. If your dancer is in multiple dances, please bring their additional costumes so they can change as needed.
​
Dancers do not need to wear makeup for dress rehearsal, but hair should be neatly done as well as the necessary tights and shoes.
